Food Pantry June 24th

To certify, please bring:

• Photo ID for all adults
• Birth Certificates for all children in the household
• Benefit Cards for all household members
• Proof of Montgomery County Residency through recent Utility Bill
• Verification of any and all forms of income and/or DSS award letter listing income
• Once certified, you are eligible to utilize the Food Pantry once every 30 days. Everyone has to recertify every beginning of the year.
• Please bring all documents listed above. No exceptions. Thanks!
